Carrying all your problems alone is not sustainable. Especially now! It’s akin to carrying a hefty bag on a solitary finger!
You owe it to yourself to confide in a trusted one: even the Samaritans. It is both brave and constructive – you are bringing to your conscious mind what your problems are, instead of trying to shove them under the carpet whilst trying to survive in a foggy, auto-pilot haze.
You need to get stronger in our dawning new era. You deserve to live a happy life and do things that you love, see people who make your tummy tingle and hurt your cheeks through laughter!
By taking an hour and listing down your problems, you are facing them head on. You can do a quick bit of reducing them down by looking at the lesser ones. For example: “It really saps my energy when I have heaps of emails to answer!” Solution: set aside a regular one hour slot to do this each day. Be strict with yourselves – you will feel more oomph! Enough to look at another lesser problem.
Soon, you will then be faced with all your big problems, and they could be complex and draining. But, they must be addressed! You want this feeling of oomph to last a bit longer.
You are braver now, with a bit more clarity, and energy. Use your new energy gained from managing your lesser problems: shape it into a brave thought, and pick up the phone to a loved, trusted or professional person, and start talking through your problems. Feel the relief that will envelop you! And good luck!
