There are rarely any shortcuts in achieving the life we wish to live. However much we love and cherish our family and friends: the action lies in your hands. You are the director of your own life.

Equally we all have tedious daily chores and tasks, that require our management. Very few of us have a free assistant. So, rather than resenting the boring stuff, allocate and devote consistent time to keeping on top of the matters that help melt anxiety, and plant an invaluable seed of self-discipline within you. They are the foundational stones which will feed your personal no choice attitude. The fruit you bare of: satisfaction, pride, sense of accomplishment, is your rich soul nutrient that will support you in your aspirations, desired career; or empower you to gather new life choice opportunities.

I am rubbish at practical things, hindered by the annoying disability. But I am learning to treat my time with the same value as a bar of gold, and blanket wash the same attitude – in all aspects of my life. I segment my spare time and allocate some of it towards the jobs around my home, reminding myself – whilst implementing them: NO CHOICE!

You can do this too. Make a simple spreadsheet, or use pen and paper, citing what you want to achieve as your dream accomplishment and devote consistent time creating small stepping stones to reach your goal. Use a device timer to keep you on track.

A no choice attitude helps increase your self-worth, and greatly reduces procrastination. It positively supports every aspect of your mental wellbeing.

And if you stumble – then simply start again. Do not entertain unhelpful mean self -talk; start afresh and in the next hour of your free time.

Whilst folding – in a no choice attitude is not easy; it must be practiced. It rewires the neuroplasticity of your grey matter. It will improve how you achieve everything you want or need for a more enriched life. You deserve to be the best version of you.

I hope this is helpful.

SUNNY wishes,
