When we explore the reasons why our power feels like mushy pulp in a saucepan, we realise that our power wasn’t taken. It simply got partially evaporated by other people’s scorching energy. They heated our vessel. Yet they actually concentrated it through lessons learned. We must give thanks to this!

Unbeknownst to them, our power may lay dormant; but it is a new potent elixir, or version of ourselves, ready for rehydration: we have grown in wisdom! We can liken this to the creation of food stock, and we know of the richness – we gain, when the liquor is incorporated into our meals. Similarly, our heightened awareness has topped-up our serving of priceless soul nourishment.

Those who tried to crush our power did so due to their own insecurities, or poor moral compass. I’ve learned that many people shy away from self-truth, therefore it is inevitable that being outwardly truthful alludes them. Integrity is a rare attribute, and in times of adversity: believe what people show you. And know they must live with their mistruths.

Whilst the world is full of pure souls, it is equally full of flawed ones. The yin yang balance of life model is also representative in the proportion of purity amongst the people we associate with.

We might have known them for years, yet not truly known them at all. We must remember that jealously is an emotion that resides subtly, and it is nearly always envy of honesty strength and integrity.

If you’ve endured the machinations of false friends, then your wisdom alone is the signpost to a happier life journey path. Feel lighter without the beguiling pull of them. Don’t burn your precious fuel stoking the flames of anger. Realise you have the mindset advantage of pity over scorn.

Concentrate your newly heightened powers on healing, because doing so makes us impossible to manipulate. Take a modicum of comfort that such folk are oblivious to the human obligation: to grow and become better versions of our enviable race.

And above all trust number one, because you value the gift of truth and integrity. It is the foundation of true happiness and an almighty precious powerful human attribute.
