The deep powdery blue of English Bluebells dovetails with my paler blue eyes. I liken it to the scanning of a QR code: it opens up the windows to my soul. I need an abundance of natural beauty and wildlife to direct me to the key within. I continue to touch, seek, smell and listen. The birdsong, the dash of goldy green from the Greenfinch, the soft buttery petals of the primroses and the earthy scent of forest soil.

With perseverance, more of the golden key within will slowly reveal. Like the Spring showers on the dusty forest floor.

I know we all hold the sacred key to happiness and growth within. It is a human gift, bestowed to us upon birth. It does not exclude anyone, able bodied, or not, rich or poor. It is deep inside our souls, yet it alludes the majority.

Frequently it is only noticed with maturity, or our life path taking unexpected routes. Usually, the terrain of our autopilot functionality renders the glimmer of the key hidden beneath circular debris.

We must assert ourselves to locate our key; it is the truth of us, our burning desires, hopes and passions. It’s our original personality before the external negativity of unkind influence or action.

More of my sacred key rises to the surface, when I’m in the forest, and you will have a place where you locate yours. We must make a conscious effort to seek our key; it’s the minority who clutch theirs, early in life. We observe them, sometimes with envy, or marvel. Perhaps they were unhindered, determined, or blessed with early wisdom.

Use your own narrative to help you locate your sacred key. Mine started to reveal itself, later in life, when I commanded of self “I want you to go for a walk”. Speak aloud purposefully, and don’t be afraid. Make small positive decisions daily to strengthen your human might.

Know that you deserve to flourish, to realise all your hopes and dreams. And know that the first sparkle of your key will twinkle at you, when you recall, strive and maintain inner peace. And inner peace is regardless of external influence.

I hope you find this helpful.

With SUNNY wishes,
