The humble egg falls in and out of nutritional favor. Experts once considered eggs to be an unhealthy food source, in terms of high cholesterol – found in the egg yolk. New research however, states that consuming eggs does not increase the risk of heart disease. In so the recommended quantity of weekly consumption has been increased.
Before the latest research, many people only ate the white part, thus not benefitting from the whole nutritional value of the egg…
I am not a medic, thus not recommending portion control, nor expertise in the subject. I do enjoy more eggs in my diet, as they’re an excellent source of protein, and relatively kind on the pocket.
This post is about avoiding egg- white- thinking or the need to regularly update your mindset.
As humans we can carry much mind debris. So, in the same way as maintaining a garden; we must remove the weeds that can clutter our thoughts. An annual or regular mind makeover benefits our mental health and physiological wellness. It gives us a revised sense of clarity, and sharper purpose.
To overhaul your opinions, is to keep updated about the subjects that interest or relate to you. Additionally, to expand your rings and scope of interest. Irrespective of our age, the human brain enjoys learning. It is the predominate function of our unique, and powerful human grey matter.
Try to avoid fostering a limited belief. Be bravely honest – if you fall prey into the self-righteous pit, because doing so prevents self-growth. Maybe due to being physically impaired, I especially value my inquisitive mindset. I regard my mind as a personal neck top computer, updating it constantly with learning and questioning.
I hope you find this helpful.
SUNNY wishes,
