When we cook for our loved ones – we do so with bounce joy and passion. We chirp and sing, like birdies. Or, for those of us that endure burns or spill, (the hindrance of impaired limbs, we learn to giggle about it our clumsiness). Maybe, you cannot cook for toffee… BUT, you know how much you guys love one another. Therefore, after cursing – you think who cares, we shall celebrate our love-ship with toast, n’ tea – instead!

So, my friends, this is the style you can soul-graft: – for a diarised bouncy chat with Number One.  It is constructive and feels nice. Nice is good, a helpful foundational spiritual stepping stone, to build on; for those of us, who have hard- on- ourselves- tendencies. An absence of maternal nurturing.

By borrowing the feelings in your heart and tummy, from the atmosphere you have when you eat and laugh with your loved ones, puts you in the perfect mood to be frank and honest with you. It’s free to do, and easier to achieve if you emulate how you speak with your loved ones. In their company, you’re likely candid, kind and light-hearted. Even when you need serious chats, warmth love and honesty prevail: copy the vibe for your self-chat.

Transfer these feelings, even if it you feel you need a reflective, or a recalculating chat, example your life-road-map. Do your goals or methods or learning, need changing, upgrading. A new perspective or desire for hobby, or job? These things frequently tap you on your subconscious minds, like Lisa- in The Simpsons, they vie for your attention and love. Moreover, to be seriously considered – positively, implemented… Imagine how accomplished you could feel, a dream checked off your, HIGHLY deserved hopes you have for you!

It is all in a mind-shift, a bit of time investment, and remember: you set the pace. Tell nobody, keep adding more unfolding soul petals towards your journey of healing. Doing this is akin to washing the windscreen on a vehicle, you see with heightened clarity. It simply starts with easy regular time-in-with-you: – for bouncy self-chat. Check in, discuss with self, every tiny step taken, an appraisal: thinking how you can guide yourselves to life’s new experiences, and possibilities, those unique to you.

To get the most out of this, refrain from digressing to hindering over-thinking.   Over-thinking, is mind weed. It needs noticing and removing. To do is easy: set a timer for ten minutes. When it bleeps, ask of self “What am I thinking about?” And then you can hop back over, to the constructive light fun mode.

Keep your first chat easy. You need to do this, so that it leaves you with feelings of fancying to do another, then another. Set the tempo, this is your private party for Number One. I like to dress – up – even if that means, popping make-up on for the day. Doing this reminds me to check in later. I get something delightful to eat, a glass of wine, uplifting party sounds. I pick the night, Friday is mine. I align the self-chat to levels – when gaming on my phone. I started easy: “Hey Number One, do you want a curry. what do you think of the clothes you wear. Fancy a change, how about a look online. Shall we go shopping- next month- when I get paid?”

“Yeah, great. Hey self, your friend mentioned that cool online second-hand shop. Bet you can get that red top you fancy there. See you later?

Only spend ten minutes on your first one. Leave yourself wanting to do a check -in, build from there. Example in your second week, “hey did you get that red top, you wanted.?” The chances are that you probably did, you bothered to action one of your desires.

You sew jewels of bouncy mind nudges. During the days that follow; more blooms and petals of thoughts will grow. It makes you feel warmer about yourself. “Hey self, so many people say I really would suit red. I am going to wear more, and of every hue. Do you know what. I might have a turf-out. Maybe I can sell my old stuff, make some cash? Yeah, I would like to see if I can feel better about what I wear.”

These glorious personalised magical vibes are only yours and plentiful. The soil for you to grow in every way you want. Keep these running by recalling as many times as you like in a day, how fantastic you feel when you wear red. To get your red example, go find the photo you like the most of you, look at it. Later, with treats and party music, enjoy your first bouncy chat with self, and the desert is, you making that AMAZING photo of you, your screen-saver – or displayed on a shelf, the place you spend the most time relaxing in.
