Should you lean towards being childish – like me, you will say to this title, “I am reading this of course!” You are correct. But I am talking about helping to align our conscious and subconscious minds. To become more aware of how we can enjoy a heightened sense of soul-nourishing purposefulness, when we notice what we are doing.  To strive to spend more of our waking day – living in the moment, is the optimum frame of mind to aim for. Within it you benefit from increasing clarity, self-awareness, and a growing desire to be productive in more aspects of your life, that you yearn to.

Keep it simple. Set a random, few times reminders, to alert you during a given day. Carry on with your usual daily activities. When the alert goes off, it’s your turn to be alert. Ask yourself, “What am I doing”?  It could be you are working. Are you keeping hydrated, do you need to eat something that is good for you. When did you last roll your shoulders and gently stretch your neck? You could be grocery shopping. Are you singing in the car? Are you spreading smiles or frowns? We humans must spread warmth, it is our responsibility to always be kind. Have you noticed the beautiful flowers, the magnificent free orchestra, our feathered friends. Nature is only ever an opening of the door, away, and it is beautiful and free. If you are not doing much, feeling blue, be good to you and step out the door. If this is not physically possible, then watch a nature program or listen to natural sounds. We must always connect, and sustain connection to nature. It abridges the two states of our human mind.

Another day try noticing what people, plants and animals are doing. For example, seagulls stomp, march quickly on the spot, whilst whisking head left to right. Determined and highly amusing to watch. I think maybe they are doing something mischievous, on the lookout for The Seagull Police. Near my house is a tree shaped like a fishfinger. There is a small strip of fairy small wild strawberries, squirrel food. Yet I do not know of anywhere else that they grow very locally to me. There is one tree where I always see a Wren… all these pursuits cost nothing to do, yet they fill us with deep contentment. We feel grounded and our self-awareness opens more of the connecting doors between our conscious and subconscious mind.

We deserve more of these feelings, make them lasting. We can aim to experience pleasant popping candy effervescence, in our atoms, more frequently. You can enjoy living in the moment – all bushy-tailed and prepared. This sensation you grow through awakening- is your higher sense of connection between our duo minds, working. Or you noticing and being guided by your own intellect.  It is the perfect personal soil in which to grow all the things your heart and soul desire.

I hope you have found this helpful.

SUNNY wishes,

Emma xx
