Manifestation is a powerful mind shift that helps support us to realise our dreams and aspirations.
Whilst there are many tools available to help us to manifest: fundamentally its foundations are simply about revising our outlook, or taking a new perspective about how we might attract the things we wish for.
Here’s an example:
“I’ll never be able to afford my dreamhouse” – change to:
“I’ll work hard and somehow be able to afford my dream house.”
And, if latent trauma has clouded your inner visibility, then the chances are that you’re new to, or still, – someway midst your journey, towards being consciously awake.
This was certainly the case for me, and although I’ve only been awake for about eighteen months; I was lucky enough to remember to be reliant on some of my childhood manifestations. They became my recycled energy steps, or chinks of light, towards fuller conscious awareness.
By using them, coupled with now being awake: I can form mind – stepping stones for the greater things which, for too long, were out of my vision.
Before I could walk, I used my giant pink elephant to manifest with, and now that I’ve prompted you, then perhaps you can delve into your childhoods, and remember similar ways in which you made good things happen- too. Revisit those memories, and use them in your real time.
When I blew hot potatoes onto my favourite soft toy, I’d say “please make daddy come here later.” I had to do it twice, one on each of its floppy ears, because one set was on behalf of my baby brother. I’d tried showing him how to, but he just dribbled instead.
I used my own-made elephant magic, when learning to walk, clambering on it as an alternative to bottom-shuffling along the hard flooring; and by simply being slightly elevated somehow gave me hope.
Buoyed by being able to picture myself walking, gave me reassuring tingles in my tummy, because it’s also helpful to envisage what your aspirations both look and feel like.
We need to totally believe in the things we wish for, picturing as much detail a possible and noticing the positive way that our entire physiology wishes to support us.
It’s our mind, body and soul working in unison and reacting positively to our astonishing human intellect.
By recalling that we can be self-reliant, and that we’re the boss of our own minds, is the bedrock for us wanting to work hard and efficiently towards the goals we desire.
We are part of the natural world and can consciously emulate its power.
I hope you find this helpful.
With SUNNY wishes, Emma x
