Who can be bothered to play a guessing game! I will just tell you: meeting Johnny Depp!
It’s in my dream of course. But we should all indulge in dreaming: it’s free smile-making pleasure. I’m also sure that to lose oneself in a dream, is a form of soul-nourishing mindfulness.
I really like Johnny Depp, he is compassionate, kind, and possesses wondrous self-belief. He has integrity. I sense that he is ego-free, and this is a precious human gift.
So, perhaps my dream might come true: that when I am ready; I plan to try and get hold of him. I would like to see if he might be interested in playing my adored late daddy. There are lots of reasons why I feel that Mr. Depp would be a great fit: their humour, natural personable skills, and the magical charisma. Dad was a foundling: outside a pub as a baby, a cockney boy. He grew up in children’s homes. He was ridiculed for his deafness. Yet it did not stop that fire in his belly.
He founded what grew to become, the biggest professional photographic company, in Europe. It’s customers included: The Hard Rock Café, and Live Aid.
Like dad, I endured a tough upbringing. But I copied him and: he instructed me to do so! – I have a healthy sense of self-belief plus I LOVE dreaming.
I am on the final edit of my life story. It is not appropriate to detail.
Besides of which, this is all because I am daring to dream. It is an energy -boosting tonic, ready to tune into for every one of you! It is a cosy: inside the tummy place to go, when you’re chilling on the sofa!
Every dream counts. Start as I do from the little ones upwards. Grow them in your mind’s eye. Picture them as something natural: growing in abundance. Strawberries are a lush example for me, or Lillie flowers opening. Use a prop like photos to help you switch off your mind.
Enjoy the tingles appear at your nape. The more relaxed breathing. The delicious sighs of relief. The popping – candy sensation in your tummies.
Even the teensy-weensy dreams count: dreaming for the perfect place to visit for a sunny day’s picnic with your loved ones. Imagine the warmth of the sun, who might be with you. What you think you will enjoy laughing about, and eating?
Perhaps later, over a cup of tea, or snuggled-up in bed, you might give it a try…it’s such a lovely way to fall asleep.
I hope you find this helpful.
SUNNY wishes,
Emma x
