Sadness, fear, guilt, and anger are perhaps the key emotions that get in the way of our mental well-being. They can block our ability to talk candidly about how we are really feeling.
As mental health services are so finely stretched, I believe we ordinary people can collaborate in order to share our advice and experiences.
I hope that my new book can help you enjoy a calmer sense of self, and get back into the driving seat of your amazing human mind.
The current era in which we all find ourselves is frankly more challenging than ever, but together we can look forward to new shoots of strength, love, and hope.
